Fees can be agreed either based on a percentage of basic salary, plus a small valuation for use of a company car or can be a simple fixed amount, irrespective of salary, allowing negotiations with the successful candidate to be unhindered by any budget restraint on recruitment costs.

All our fees exclude charges for OTE commission or bonus payments

Our fee rates for an executive search campaign are usually no higher than fees charged by large contingency search organisations for purely a limited speculative contingency CV search.

Candidate Introductions

Candidates that work with us to be introduced to employer organisations are not personally charged for this service. Our costs are met by the employer organisation when the candidate is successfully placed.
