
Fees can be agreed either based on a percentage of basic salary, plus a small valuation for use of a company car or can be a simple fixed amount, irrespective of salary, allowing negotiations with the successful candidate to be unhindered by any budget restraint on recruitment costs.

Our fee rates for an executive search campaign are usually no higher than fees charged by large contingency search organisations for purely a limited speculative contingency CV search.
